William Ellet is a lecturer at the University of Miami School of Business, teaching critical thinking, writing, and speaking. He facilitates Harvard Business Publishing Case Method Training Seminars, teaches in the Harvard University Extension Essential Management Skills for Emerging Leaders program, and gives webinars on studying cases and giving presentations for Harvard Extension's undergraduate business students.
As an independent consultant, Bill teaches workshops on case method teaching and learning and case writing at universities. He also consults with the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy and the American Association of Physicists in Medicine, helping them build a case library for both academic and professional education.
Formerly, Bill taught Management Communication, a required MBA course at Brandeis University International Business School. He also presented in the Harvard Business School MBA Program, and, for 25 years, served as a writing consultant and coach for the Harvard MBA Program.
Bill is an active author and editor. His publications include an online course, a book, cases, and a video, all published by Harvard Business School or Harvard Business Publishing.
