Financial Accounting Principles
Taught by Harvard Business School professor V.G. Narayanan, this course teaches you the fundamentals of finance—empowering you to make critical business decisions. The course takes place primarily in an online platform developed by HBX, a digital learning initiative from the faculty at Harvard Business School. You will emerge with a deeper understanding of financial accounting methodology and its application in a number of business scenarios.

Power and Responsibility: Doing Philosophy with Superheroes
Look beneath the surface of superhero narratives, and you can discover complex stories ripe for philosophical investigation. In this course you’ll consider the struggles of Wonder Woman, Spiderman, and other favorite heroes. And you’ll gain a deeper understanding of metaphysics, moral relativism, and other core areas of philosophy.

Socio-ecological Systems and Sustainability
Climate change, disease, poverty, food availability, energy—all the challenges we face as a society emerge as a direct result of our flawed relationship with the natural environment. In this course, you learn strategies and frameworks for understanding and evaluating these issues and how to leverage this information to uncover solutions.
