Steven Raymond Boomhower, PhD

Associate Toxicologist, Gradient Corporation
Dr. Steven Boomhower received his PhD in cognitive and behavioral sciences at Auburn University. As a National Science Foundation graduate research fellow at Auburn, his research focused on how exposure to drugs and heavy metals during sensitive periods of development alter the brain and behavior later in life. Boomhower then completed a National Institute of Health funded postdoctoral research fellowship at the Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health. Currently, Boomhower is an associate toxicologist at Gradient and teaches courses at the Harvard Division of Continuing Education.
