Steve Ng, MBA

Associate Professor of Practice, Finance, Graduate School of Management, Clark University
Steve Ng began his finance career as a corporate banker, structuring financing deals to private and public companies. He is familiar with traditional debt financing as well as mezzanine and project finance. He has worked in senior positions at Fidelity Investments (director), Putnam Investments (senior vice president), and MFS Investment Management (vice president). Ng was an investment consultant at these firms, working closely with research analysts, portfolio managers, marketing/product managers, and institutional clients. He is currently a founder and portfolio manager at Woodland Investment Consultant managing assets for high net worth clients and corporate retirement plans. Ng is a chartered financial analyst (CFA) and is currently an Associate Professor of Practice at Clark University and is teaching at the Harvard Extension School. He has taught at Boston University, Northeastern University, and CFA review programs. Ng also has international teaching experience teaching at Hefei University of Technology and Wuhan University.
