Rand Ghayad, PhD

Dr. Rand Ghayad is a leading economist in Washington, DC, with over 10 years of experience, holding positions in federal government, international organizations, the private sector, and academia. He is also a founding member of the Institute for Career Transitions at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a board member of both the American Foundation for Educational Excellence and the International Foundation for Women's Empowerment. Ghayad is an expert on unemployment and job creation, sovereign debt restructuring, and financial sector reform.
