Michael David Miner, PhD

Lecturer in Extension, Harvard University
Michael David Miner teaches international security and public policy. He is active on the Fulbright Specialist Roster supported by the U.S. Department of State. His research interests include bureaucratic reform, cybersecurity, and decision-making in foreign policy. He earned his PhD at King's College London, studying with the official historian of the British Joint Intelligence Committee. Dr. Miner has written for or been quoted by Foreign Policy, The Wall Street Journal, The National Interest, Brookings, and Real Clear World. He sits on the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Fulbright Association, is a member of the Society for Historians of American Foreign Relations, and is a graduate of Dartmouth College.
