Lauren Kerby, PhD

Education Specialist, Religious Literacy Project, Harvard Divinity School
Lauren R. Kerby is the education specialist at Harvard Divinity School's Religious Literacy Project, a lecturer on religious studies at Harvard Divinity School, and an instructor in the religious studies and education certificate program at Harvard Extension School. She earned her PhD in religious studies from Boston University. She is the author of Saving History: How White Evangelicals Tour the Nation's Capital and Redeem a Christian America (University of North Carolina Press, 2020). She has previously taught writing-intensive religion courses in Boston University's undergraduate writing program and department of religion.
