Jennifer Kay Stine, PhD

Jennifer K. (Jenny) Stine, PhD, is a consultant, teacher, innovator, and leadership development expert. She has taught organizational behavior at Harvard Extension School since 2008, and has developed and taught short format leadership and team development programs through Harvard's Division of Continuing Education. Her favorite part of teaching at Harvard Extension is continuously improving and evolving her course so that all students show growth and demonstrate mastery during the semester. She believes that organizational behavior is the secret to improved performance and professional development, and she delights in sharing insights with her students that help them to be successful in the workplace. Her consulting focus is helping deans, faculty, and senior administrators design their organizations and build their people's capabilities, work she conducts as part of the Academic Leadership Group. She has held administrative leadership roles at Harvard and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in executive and professional development, and she continues to work with universities and global corporations and conduct research in this field. Stine holds three degrees from Stanford University, including a PhD in history.
