Jeff Steiner is a doctoral candidate in the organizational behavior program at Harvard Business School. His research interests lie at the intersection of well-being and work. He is interested in how individuals think about what it means to live a good life, and the extent to which experiences with work helps or hinders the realization of it. Steiner was formerly a talent development director at Morgan Stanley, as well as a research associate to Professor Teresa Amabile at Harvard Business School. Steiner earned his BBA in management and psychology from the University of Miami.
