H. Greg Lin, MSc

Hao-Yu Greg Lin is currently a senior scientist at Harvard University's Center for Nanoscale Systems (CNS). Lin received a master's degree (MSc) in electrical engineering and solid-state science and engineering at Columbia University. He also received an ALM in finance at the Harvard Extension School. Before joining CNS, Lin was a device research engineer at Nantero, Inc., working on carbon nanotube memory devices. He has more than fifteen years of experience performing research in both academic and industrial settings on a variety of device platforms. Lin specializes in process development of both nanoscale and microscale device fabrication. He also has extensive experience in surface analysis and material 3D structural imaging and characterization using X-ray.
