Grey Lee, MPA

Grey Lee provides leadership and insight to build teams and engage stakeholders to attain sustainability goals. He has over ten years of experience guiding real estate toward the sustainability and resilience dividend, facilitating great development projects and strategizing for urban revitalization. Lee is the former and initial executive director of the US Green Building Council- Massachusetts, convening hundreds of real estate professionals to advance sustainability in the built environment. He has held leadership roles in farm and land management, international development, and commercial real estate. Lee earned a Master of Public Administration at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government in 2018. He closely monitors best practices and policies for the improvement of our built environment. His coursework developed his capacities in leadership, negotiation, and change management. Lee continues to track innovation in the building sector including temporary/ephemeral utilization, mixed-use developments, and circularity of real estate developments.
