Dmitry Kurochkin graduated with honors from Lomonosov Moscow State University where he majored in Physics. In addition to earning his PhD in mathematics at Tulane University, Kurochkin holds masters degrees in statistics, chemistry, and economic analysis and policy. He recently received a certificate in data science from the Harvard Extension School and is involved in data-driven research projects that address strategic questions for Harvard University. Kurochkin worked as a quantitative research developer at a financial technology firm headquartered in Manhattan and was a researcher at Tulane University, Tulane Energy Institute, and Harvard Business School.
