Daphne Kalotay, PhD

Author
Daphne Kalotay's books include the bestselling novels Sight Reading and Russian Winter, and the fiction collection Calamity and Other Stories, shortlisted for the Story Prize. Published in more than twenty languages, her work has received fellowships from the Christopher Isherwood Foundation, MacDowell, and Yaddo, among others. She has written for the New York Times Book Review and Poets & Writers, and her interviews with Mavis Gallant can be read in the Paris Review's Writers-At-Work series. Her new novel, Blue Hours, will be published in July 2019.
