Brian Dies is a principal in the litigation and valuation practice at Hoffman Alvary & Company, LLC. He is an expert in the financial analysis of complex transactions, business valuations, and commercial disputes. Dies is adept at clearly and concisely explaining these complex financial topics to corporate leaders and their counsel, as well as to arbitrators, judges, and juries. Dies has been with Hoffman Alvary since it was founded in 1996 and prior to that worked at PriceWaterhouse LLP in the dispute analysis and corporate recovery practice. Dies holds the chartered financial analyst (CFA) designation and is also an accredited senior appraiser in the business valuation discipline. He earned a master's in finance from Boston College and graduated with majors in economics and government from Cornell University.
