Ayse Yemiscigil, PhD

Ayse Yemiscigil, PhD, is a postdoctoral research fellow at the Human Flourishing Program, Institute for Quantitative Social Sciences, Harvard University. Prior to her current appointment, Yemiscigil was a research fellow at Harvard Kennedy School. As a behavioral scientist with an interdisciplinary approach, Yemiscigil studies the development of authenticity and prosocial motivation in work and education contexts, and the social-economic determinants of psychological wellbeing. Yemiscigil also works with organizations as a consultant, researcher, and training facilitator. Some of her clients include the Core Leadership Institute, Heart Mind Design, Lego, Global Citizen Year, and Research Schools International.
