Alice Nichols, MEd

Alice Nichols has more than thirty years of experience in partnering with leaders to align and integrate such initiatives as vision creation, innovation in designing a pursuit, implementation planning, role definition, decision-making protocols, and executive level conflict resolution. She works internationally and domestically in the US and has worked to forge interdependent alliances between and within organizations. Managing contentious situations is a specialty, as is thoughtfully moving to swift and adaptable deployment of lean strategies. Nichols's experience spans service industries, academics, high-tech, and telecommunications, as well as law, federal agencies, and regulatory changes. She is a National Science Foundation nationally acreditted I Corps instructor and serves as faculty to cohorts of teams across the US. Currently, Nichols chairs the mentor committee for Cleantech Open, the world's largest cleantech accelerator for funding and fostering startups. She is one of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's (MIT) I Corps instructors. Current and past clients include American Express, Boston University, AT&T, Johnson & Johnson, Children's Hospital and National Medical Center, Microsoft, Black & Decker, Ciba-Geigy, Citizens Utilities, CSX, the US Environmental Protection Agency, Ernst & Young LLP, Espirito Santos Investments, Federal Express, John Hancock, Klein Hornig LLC, Merrill Lynch, Organogenesis Inc., Procter & Gamble, Safety Kleen, the University of Connecticut, and the Utah Department of Natural Resources.
