MCS Recruiting Program

Harvard Extension School students graduating in November 2024, March 2025, or May 2025 and meeting the additional criteria below are eligible for the Fall 2024 MCS Recruiting Program. The MCS Recruiting Program provides a structured process to connect students with employers recruiting for full-time jobs for graduating students.

The majority of the employment opportunities are entry-level roles in finance, consulting, and information technology; therefore, the program is not meant to be single source of all employment opportunities. It is one tool among many that you should utilize in your search for jobs and internships.

Be aware that the MCS Recruiting Program is primarily for the entry-level hiring of Harvard College undergraduates. Interviews may be on-campus or virtual.

To participate, you must:

  • Have a 3.5 or higher cumulative GPA.
  • Complete the online Harvard Extension School intent to graduate form for a November, March, or May graduation (available via online services).
  • Attend the mandatory orientation webinar in August 2024.

For more information, visit the Mignone Center for Career Success’ webpage.
