Workshops

Throughout the year CARC offers more than 60 free academic, graduate school, and career workshops. Harvard’s Bureau of Study Counsel and Office of Career Services sponsor many of the workshops, which meet for just under 2 hours (unless otherwise noted) in the afternoons and evenings.
The majority of workshops are offered on campus, but a number are also available by:

  • Teleconference (listen to the workshop over the phone)
  • Webinar (listen to the workshop over the phone and view PowerPoint presentation online)
  • Streaming live (view the workshop online via Ustream)

Information on how to call or log-in is posted with the workshop description. All of these workshops require your real-time participation. CARC workshops that will be videotaped for viewing at a later date (*) will be posted on the Harvard Extension School portal.
You can register through online services. Once registered, you will receive an email reminder two days before the workshop that confirms the location.
Workshops are wheelchair accessible. If you need other accommodations, call the disability services coordinator at (617) 495-0977 in advance.
More academic, graduate school, and career workshops will be added throughout the year. Check back again.
