Extension Faculty Tweet the Super Bowl Commercials

February 4, 2013

At $3.8 million for a 30-second spot, a Super Bowl advertisement has a lot riding on its message. Some Extension School instructors and students (as well as myself, @katelynntweets) chimed in with tweets about the commercials and whether or not the ads were successful in their mission. The instructors included:

Frank White, communications; Carol Stuckey, marketing; Michael Fitzgerald, writing; Catherine Chute, marketing.

Ads made up 30 percent of the tweets about the Super Bowl, making them almost as popular as the actual game. Let us know what ads were your favorite or the commercials you thought fell flat.
