What I Value about HILR
Upon retirement from a very fulfilling and demanding professional life, I needed both structure and challenge to stay focused. HILR has provided both of these plus the incredible benefit of continued learning.
The privilege of sharing vocational and avocational passions with other highly accomplished retirees provides extraordinary intellectual and social riches. HILR has become a major focal point of my “retirement years!”
I have discovered that true learning occurs more effectively from self-propelled curiosity and collegial sharing than from didactic professorial pronouncements.
