The Graduate Program in Information Technology is designed for IT professionals with solid programming experience or a strong background in mathematics.

Through a recent survey of IT alumni, we learned that the candidates are primarily working in fields like business, education, IT, and visual arts.

They hold positions such as analyst, associate professor, CEO, IT manager, principal software engineer, quality assurance lead, president, and web developer.  The vast majority—80 percent—were satisfied with the program’s ability to prepare them to enter or advance within their chosen profession.

One respondent shared, “Education advanced my technical skills, improved my career and salary. Did everything you could hope. The IT courses are practical and relevant to the current job market.”

Earn a Harvard degree

The degree is awarded by Harvard University and is the Master of Liberal Arts in Extension Studies with a concentration in information technology.

Admission
