William J. Eisen is a practicing attorney and principal at Lourie & Cutler in Boston. He has been an instructor of constitutional law at the University of Massachusetts, Boston and a professor of business planning at Bentley College. A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Eisen received a bachelor's degree from Amherst College and a JD from Harvard Law School.
