Margaret Andrews is associate dean for management programs at the Division of Continuing Education, Harvard University, and the founder of Mind and Hand Associates, a strategy and marketing consulting firm serving the higher education sector. She has held a variety of senior management positions and conducted strategy and marketing projects in a number of industries. She previously held the position of executive director at the MIT Sloan School of Management, where she managed the MBA program, admissions, student affairs, career development, marketing, alumni relations, and the MIT Sloan Management Review. She has also been the managing vice president for strategy and marketing at Eduventures and vice president of marketing at Putnam Investments, as well as a consultant at Oliver Wyman and a CPA at Deloitte & Touche. Andrews received her undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley, and her master's from the MIT Sloan MBA Program, where she was named a Seley Scholar, the school's highest honor.
