Linda Miklas is assistant director of Employee and Organization Development at Harvard University. Miklas has been an executive coach, a facilitator, and a leader of large-scale change initiatives. At Harvard, Miklas leads a team of program managers who specialize in a wide range of employee and organization development disciplines.
Miklas's experience includes both operations management and people development. She has held leadership roles in many industries including management consulting, banking, aviation, and records and information management. Miklas takes a practical approach to organization planning, productivity, and quality, with an aim toward strengthening individual and team performance.
Miklas has an MA in human relations and organizational behavior and a BA in English and communications. Miklas completed a graduate certificate in evidence-based coaching, as well as the senior professional of human resources (SPHR) certificate.
