Kati Livingston is a senior consultant with RGoodman Associates, an organizational development firm. She has expertise in communication training, executive coaching, team dynamics, and organizational development. Her industry experience includes pharmaceutical and biotech, finance, health care, and executive education in higher education. Her clients include Pfizer, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Merrill Lynch, AXA, Morgan Stanley, Cannon Financial, Harvard Vanguard, and BBC America. She has an EdM in adult development and psychology from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. An executive coach for nine years, Livingston?s passion is working on clients to build effective work relationships, enhance communication effectiveness, and develop their own leadership styles. She completed her certification in executive coaching at Columbia University.
Since 2000, Livingston has been a Big Sister with Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Greater Boston and enjoys supporting people?s development at all stages.
