Dayna J. Catropa is associate director of research and marketing programs at Harvard University's Division of Continuing Education. Catropa's professional roles have centered on the intersection of business and higher education, specifically helping educational organizations make decisions that are both economically and educationally sound. She was a consultant at Eduventures, a research and consulting firm serving the education industry, where she worked with higher education clients nationwide to identify and prioritize growth opportunities, forecast market performance, and develop market entry and positioning strategies. As part of the new program development team, Catropa helped launch a collaborative research group focused on student affairs in higher education. While Catropa focuses primarily on educational organizations, she has also consulted for clients across industries, including Fortune 100 financial services and telecommunications firms. Catropa earned a BS in applied economics and management, magna cum laude, from Cornell University and a master's in education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
