Online Course Options
You can earn the master’s degree in management through a combination of online and on-campus courses.
The degree is not offered entirely online, as studying on the Harvard campus is a valuable aspect of the program. You connect with Harvard faculty in person, network with fellow students, and use campus resources, including Harvard libraries.
On-campus course requirements
- To earn the degree, you must take at least 6 courses on campus.
- Some courses are offered both online and on campus. Such courses do not meet the requirement, even if you plan to attend on campus.
- Depending on course availability, these courses can be completed at any time during the program, including during the summer at Harvard Summer School, where housing is available. If you are an international student, Summer School is your best option for completing the courses, as only the Summer School issues I-20s for full-time study.
Choose online courses
See the degree course search to find online courses that count toward the degree. To learn more about taking courses online, see Distance Education.
