Application and registration tips:
- Apply early, preferably in the semester you anticipate completing your third preadmission course. Being a degree candidate has its perks, including early registration and access to various resources. See the perks of candidacy.
- Take advantage of resources such as the Career and Academic Resource Center, Writing Center, and libraries.

Once you have applied and been admitted, you can meet with

and student services.

In addition, the research advisor, Jeff Parker (parker@dcemail.harvard.edu), is available to answer questions about information technology and deciding between the thesis and capstone tracks, and he serves as the research advisor for students in the thesis track.
Advisor tips:
- Be aware of academic integrity policies and registration deadlines in the calendar. If you need to withdraw from a course, don’t just stop attending.
