Students launch food and clothing drive
Boston and Cambridge food pantries and homeless and women’s shelters will receive much-needed assistance this fall through the charitable efforts of members of the Harvard Extension Service and Leadership Society. The student-organized group has launched an ambitious food drive with a goal to collect at least 1,000 non-perishable items by December 4, 2009.

Harvard monitoring H1N1 influenza, provides tips to avoid it
Harvard University officials are monitoring the H1N1 influenza (swine flu) and have provided tips for students to help avoid catching or spreading the flu this fall.
