User assistants at the 53 Church Street computer lab can provide you with frontline technical support. They welcome questions and encourage technical discussions.

Science Center Help Desk
The user assistants at the help desk in the basement of the Science Center can help you with many software and computer account problems. If a problem is the result of missing or incorrect data in the Extension School database, they will direct you to the Extension School Registrar’s Office, (617) 495-4024.
Mondays through Fridays, 9 am–10 pm
Saturdays and Sundays, 10 am–10 pm
