Guidelines and Procedures
As part of registration, students must provide their legal name, current mailing address, and date of birth. E-mail addresses are required of distance education students and students who register online.
Students may view their biographical information online and are responsible for ensuring that it is correct and current. They may change their mailing and e-mail addresses online; all other biographical information changes must be submitted in writing, with documentation. Submission of fraudulent information may be grounds for disciplinary action.
