Online Services
Extension School students may use online services to register for courses, make course and credit status changes, withdraw from courses, change their personal identification numbers (PINs, see below), view grades and placement test scores, and update address information. These services are available every day (except from 2 to 5 am).
ID Numbers and PINs
To access online services, students must provide their student identification numbers (Social Security numbers or assigned numbers that begin with @) and their PINs. PINs are e-mailed to students who register for the first time online, as part of the online registration process; they are sent via US mail to students who register by mail. Students who lose or forget their PINs may request them online at the login screen or in person at 51 Brattle Street on presentation of a photo ID. To ensure the security of their student records, students should keep their ID numbers and PINs confidential.
