With an increasing percentage of the workforce holding bachelor's degrees, earning an advanced degree or certificate distinguishes you from others in today's competitive job market. Please note that although many courses are available via distance education only the Certificate in Applied Sciences and Certificate in Environmental Management may be completed online.

Building on its strong liberal arts base, the Extension School offers Master of Liberal Arts (ALM) degrees that provide the practical experience and academic skills needed by today's professionals. Attend an information session.

Health Careers
If you are interested in applying to medical school and have your bachelor's degree, you can complete the requirements for admission and also earn a diploma in premedical studies. Program staff advise you and, if you qualify, sponsor your application to medical school. Attend an information session.

- MTEL preparation. The Extension School offers a course on preparation for the Massachusetts Tests for Educator Licensure (MTEL). See MTEL E-1. The ALB Program also offers specialized advising for admitted degree candidates seeking educator licensure.
