Application Procedures
- Students must submit a completed application form with a nonrefundable $75 application fee to be considered for admission to the certificate programs. Applications may be requested from the program office. Applications may be submitted before students begin the program or while they are currently enrolled. However, students cannot receive the certificate in a given term unless the application is filed according to the schedule below:
For graduation in Application due March 2005 September 24, 2004 June 2005 February 4, 2005 November 2005 June 24, 2005
International students should not delay submitting their application forms until passing the TOEFL as this may delay graduation.
- Students must have official transcripts from all colleges and universities from which they have received degrees sent directly from college or university registrars. Transcripts delivered or mailed by students or forwarded by students' relatives, employers, or other third parties are not accepted.
If transcripts do not include mention of the degree (which sometimes occurs with transcripts from foreign universities), students should also request a copy of their diploma or a letter from the dean stating the degree and year received. It is not necessary for the transcripts to be translated. Transcripts should be sent to the certificate office.
