Academic and other resources are available to registered Extension School students, alumni and alumnae, and degree, certificate, and diploma candidates as indicated in this section. In addition, Harvard University offers a wealth of cultural resources to the community, such as art and natural history museums, theater, lectures, concerts, and films. The Harvard Summer School, Harvard Extension School Alumni Association (HEAA), and the Harvard Institute for Learning in Retirement (HILR) also sponsor lectures and events that are often open to the public.
